I grew up in Brisbane with my mother, father and two sisters. We lived in the southeast corner of Brisbane, near the water, in a suburb called Wynnum. I joined the Navy in 2012 and I joined because I wanted adventure, travel, a challenge and new experiences that not every day people would get to do. I’ve served in Darwin, Cairns, Sydney and on the South Coast in Jervis Bay.
I’ve played for many rugby clubs in the past and have used a lot of the leadership training that I have gained from the Navy to influence and lead the rugby teams that I have played for in the past. I am now looking at coaching as a way to continue passing on that knowledge of leadership and teamwork.
