These Terms & Conditions outline the policies of the Museum of Understanding Through Tolerance and Inclusion Ltd (MUTTI) regarding donations, merchandise, tickets, shipping, refunds, and pricing. By making a purchase or donation through our website, you agree to these terms.
1. General Information
MUTTI is a registered charity (ABN 60 657 777 216), endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR1) from 19 April 2024. All donations and purchases made through our website support MUTTI’s charitable mission.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- MUTTI delivers merchandise and artwork using Australia Post and reputable courier services.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout and added to your order total.
- Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time within Australia is 3–10 business days, depending on location. International delivery times vary depending on customs clearance.
- Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.
3. Refunds and Returns
a) Donations
- Donations are non-refundable unless an error has been made by MUTTI or its financial institution in processing your donation.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the donation.

Refund requests must include:
- Date and amount of donation
- Receipt number
- Nature of the error
If a refund is approved, the incorrect tax receipt immediately becomes void, and a new tax receipt will be issued. Refunds will only be returned to the original account and payment method used.
b) Merchandise
- Refunds or exchanges are available for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods with proof of purchase.
- MUTTI does not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
c) Tickets
- Refunds for tickets purchased from MUTTI (that are not tax-deductible donations) will be at the discretion of MUTTI management.
- Requests for ticket refunds must be made prior to the event date.
d) Recurring Donations
- To change the amount of your recurring donation, please email belinda@mutti.org.au with your donation ID.
- To cancel a recurring donation, email belinda@mutti.org.au with your donation ID.
4. Pricing and Currency
- All prices and transactions on the MUTTI website are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
- Acceptable abbreviations include AUD$, AU$, and A$.
- Prices are clearly displayed on product and event pages prior to checkout.
